Indigital partners with HKS USA to launch iRPM-powered eBusiness Initiative
HKS USA and Indigital launch www.hksusa.com, an eCommerce-enabled eCatalog solution. Rapidly growing sales, positive market reaction, and rapid integration into HKS operations confirm the power of iRPM-powered eBusiness solutions.

Dana Point, CA, 18 April 2002 -- INDIGITAL, Inc. partnered with HKS USA to launch www.hksusa.com, an eCatalog and eCommerce system powered by the latest version of Indigital's iRPM product for the Automotive Aftermarket Industry. HKS USA, an industry leading manufacturer of aftermarket automotive performance parts, chose iRPM for their eCatalog, eBusiness, and knowledge-management needs because of the freedom, control, and customization options it offered their organization, according to Rick Lafferty, Executive VP for HKS USA. "We needed a long-term Web solution that would increase the reach of our products and serve our customer base; iRPM does this and also empowers us to control our product information, distribution mechanisms, and marketing plans to a degree not possible with other solutions."

iRPM is an eCatalog, eCommerce and eKnowledge system for manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry. The HKS eCatalog (www.hksusa.com) contains complete product information, which is personalized for individual users. Online sales to end-users began in January and HKS staff continues to modify and grow the eCatalog, adding SKUs, product information, and up-sell relationships through iRPM administrative tools.

"Indigital has been a phenomenal partner; they worked with our team through every step of our transformation process to ensure that we maximized the impact of our dollars. As a direct result, online sales are doubling every month without advertising, and we are able to stage the release of products to public consumers at our pace, not all at once or at the pace of a third party," says Lafferty.

"HKS' success confirms what our research and experience tell us about the automotive aftermarket," said Jake Grubb, CEO of Indigital. "Companies in the aftermarket can establish dominance in this rapidly changing marketplace by leveraging Internet-related technologies; iRPM was designed from the ground up to achieve this goal in record time and at a lower price-point than competitive solutions."

iRPM is now in general release to the automotive aftermarket industry.
